Shelley Dillon
Shelley Dillon is a freelance writer and mother of a child with special needs. She has spent many years researching speech and other developmental delays.
She writes about Special Needs Issues for the Seattle Examiner and has been published in Parenting Special Needs magazine.
Shelley was approached by a Congressional committee looking into abuse and seclusion for special education students in public schools and participates on a Special Education advisory board at her local school district.
She is currently working on a book about parents and caregivers and their different coping strategies when raising kids with special needs.
