Lindsay Ingalls
Lindsay Ingalls is a Certified Health Coach. She decided to become a health counselor to fulfill her passion of working with people to improve their health and well being. Lindsay received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching groups and individuals. Lindsay is also the creator of Running with Tongs; a blog that features posts on healthy vegan recipes, travel, vegan and eco-friendly products, self-care and nutrition.
